Mac Kinda Sexy is the latest addition to my lipstick collection, and if you can’t tell from the cheesy grin on my face it’s love. Kinda Sexy is a matte pink toned nude. Despite being a matte finish I actually don’t find it too drying on the lips. I have a few Mac matte finish lipsticks (they’re my favourites) and somehow even although it gives the look of a matte finish, the formula seems a bit more creamy. Creamier than say, Russian Red for example. It’s a weird one! Not that I’m complaining though…matte finish but not drying? Trust me I’m on board!I’ve worn this both with a tan and without, and I love the look. It looks more peach in the photos for some reason but I actually find it to be more of a neutral pink which I love as it looks really natural. The thing I love most about Kinda Sexy is that it looks great during the day for a natural everyday look, but used alongside a lip liner (I’ve found Mac Boldly Bare is a perfect match) and with a gloss over the top, it gives a certain Kim K look and is perfect for nights out too if you’re going ‘all out’ on a smokey eye.
I really can’t recommend this lipstick enough if you’re looking for a new pink toned nude to add to your collection 🙂
