It’s not often that I dedicate a whole post to a bag, in fact this is a first. But please, can we all just take a moment to appreciate this bag…”aaaaah, swoon”. Does it remind you of something? Yes indeed. The Chanel Boy Bag! Whilst doing my usual online lusting over all things pretty on the Zara website the other week I came across this oh so pretty crocodile print city bag. There are many things in this world that get my heart a pitter pattering, and I can tell you one is most definitely anything Chanel-esque. This combined with the fact that the bag was ‘new’ in stock had me just about skipping a heart beat.
Zara always come up trumps in the bag department in my opinion. However, when I seen this one, I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap. At £109 it’s definitely one of the pricier ones but oh my is it beautiful and the quality is fantastic. From the crocodile print genuine leather, down to the chain detail, I was sold within 30 seconds of placing my eyes on it. As for the style, I can’t get over how similar it is to the Chanel Boy Bags, particularly this one and this one. I love the ‘lady bag’ style as I like to call them, but even more so the fact that it is toughened up by the chain detailing. I think this bag is going to be a quick seller. It has already sold out online once since it came out and it is now back in stock again, so if you like it I suggest you pick one up soon. Obviously, the biggest bonus is that it is around 25 times cheaper than the Chanel Boy Bags! Now that I’ve shared this important information, I’m away to play ‘dress up’ with my new lady bag…sorry not sorry.

I really love the bag, I was on the verge of getting it when it went on sale, but I decided not to because I think it looks too much like the Chanel Boy Bag.
