So Spring has (supposedly) arrived and yes, I’m wearing a teddy coat. Let’s just skip past that because Glasgow is yet to see Spring and it’s still ridiculously chilly out! I am however, sporting my new favourite denim button down skirt from Miss Selfridge. I said on Instagram a few days ago that I’m really not too sure about the whole flares revival. I am, however, giving a firm nod to this 70’s inspired denim a-line skirt. I absolutely love it. I picked one up in tan suede the other week too and I can’t get enough of them. I just think the a-line style is so flattering!

I also recently got this gorgeous little *Michael Kors Jet Set cross body bag and I’m so obsessed with it! It’s the perfect size if I’m just running errands and don’t want to be lugging around a huge bag. The bigger the bag, the more I’ll find to put in it!

To finish off the look, I slipped into these cute little burgundy lace ups from Zara. There’s something about them that reminds me of a school teacher back in the old days but I’m kinda digging that right now!

What do you think of this look? Are you loving or hating the 70’s trend?

Lots of love,

I am OBSESSED with this outfit. I’m loving the 70s trend at the moment but not too sure how to incorporate it in to my wardrobe but an outfit like this would be perfect for me! You look gorgeous and I love that bag xx
