Last weekend my friends and I had a wee Christmas night out in Glasgow so I thought I’d share a Get Ready With Me video showing you my Christmas party makeup and outfit. As we are now officially in the middle of the festive party season, of course I had to wear the sparkliest sequin dress I could find. This one from Motel Rocks is the bomb diggity. I think on a dark night I could perhaps be mistaken for a Christmas tree but y’know what, I’m fine with that.
I wanted to keep my eyes semi neutral as I knew I was going for a mega bold lip so I opted for a champagne gold shimmery shadow and dusted a little bit of extra sparkle in the form of Chanel’s Illusion D’ombre…oh my, this stuff is too beautiful for words.
